cactus block that hurts player on all sides

I really don't know anything about lua and I would like to know how to make a cactus like block that hurts the player on all sides. i already have the templates set up i just need the code and where to put it in block-n.lua

Rename your block as block-109 or block-598 (hurts on all sides). I think isn't necessary make a new block, or else take a look at the smbx2 handbook.
