Mod Request : Rosalina rides Yoshi

Sadly in this program Rosalina can't ride Yoshi, and gets the shoes instead. So i'm going to make a mod request to change the playable characters. Is changing the playable characters possible anyway? If so, I would love to have a mod that lets Rosalina ride Yoshi just like Mario and Luigi. By the way, is this true for Peach too?
