when i finished original smb2 and saw ostrich named "birdo", and next appeared this pink mini-boss that shoots eggs, and instead of "birdo" this was named "ostro"

This is actually an error on Nintendo's part, Birdo & Ostro's names are fixed starting with the Super Mario Advance version of Super Mario Bros. 2 (SMA1).
