Do you mean script editor? Personally, I like Kate. I have it for all my scripting needs. While it's not as fancy as, say, VSCodium, it doesn't need to be. It's a solid editor produced by the KDE Foundation (one of the biggest names in open source) and it includes built-in support for Lua.

so you are looking to hire somebody? how many hours per week? are you paying a salary or revenue share or both? what engine/programming language?

What they mean by engine/programming language is something like LunaLua, Python, Unity, etc.
