Hey, do you have the time to do some icicle background objects? Like the way they look on the worldmap? Thanks.

I will do them for the next update, but that one can take a while, because of my project. I really need to work on that for now ^^.Villager103 wrote:Hey, do you have the time to do some icicle background objects? Like the way they look on the worldmap? Thanks.
Thank you ^^. I wish you lots of fun with it.goombaguy wrote:I love this update. There is so much new stuff! :D
FanofSMBX wrote:Hey Sednaiur could you please consider putting your SMB3 sprites on a sheet like this

And uploading them to that site? I think a lot of people on that would like SMB3 tilesets that have more tiles. Valtteri did that with his tilesets and enemies. If it isn't too much to ask. I'd recommend one sheet for blocks, one sheet for BGOs, and one for NPCs.
I can do that, but this will take a while from now on, since I am busy with other stuff for now. I still need to check out the format (I assume PNG is it) to upload it to such sites too, since I never uploaded something like that before :-P.h2643 wrote:FanofSMU, it would be better, if Sednaiur could do that for his every expanded packs, I think.
Yes, the .ini files are already included in the DL.YoshiGo99 wrote:I would like to know, I can I get to use the tilesets in the PGE editor? And I mean have them grouped together.
No I meant how do I get it to work with PGE? What are the steps to get it to work properly.Nickname wrote:Yes, the .ini files are already included in the DL.YoshiGo99 wrote:I would like to know, I can I get to use the tilesets in the PGE editor? And I mean have them grouped together.
Put the GFX into a GFX folder as usual and then put the .ini files that should be in the GFX folders from the DL to the same lovation as your level's GFX.YoshiGo99 wrote:No I meant how do I get it to work with PGE? If you wanna use them ith SMBX editor you have to edit the level file in notepad, which is something PGE Editor does for you.SnifitGuy wrote:So wait, we have to use these graphics in PGE for them to work, yet they are compatible with SMBX gaming? I'm confused.
they are COMPATIBLE with SMBX, but I have rules to guarantee no junk if you will follow them:SnifitGuy wrote:So wait, we have to use these graphics in PGE for them to work, yet they are compatible with SMBX gaming? I'm confused.
tileset.ini is only there to make placing them in the editor tabs easier. You can make everything you can do with them without them, too, just that you have to switch between tabs more often.SnifitGuy wrote:Oh, I see. What about the numerous blocks that replace other blocks. Does PGE's tileset.ini files replace blocks or add blocks?Nickname wrote:If you wanna use them ith SMBX editor you have to edit the level file in notepad, which is something PGE Editor does for you.SnifitGuy wrote:So wait, we have to use these graphics in PGE for them to work, yet they are compatible with SMBX gaming? You don't have to use PGE. You can use it with default SMBX, but you'd have to edit the .lvl file. That's because these tiles would have been impossible to implement otherwise, so it's just a bonus for PGE users.Frozen Boo wrote:Ok so i don't like this pack as much as the other ones. Why? Because it forces me to use PGE. I don't like PGE's menus and the way it works. So i prefer just using regular SMBX and that's fine. But if i use this certain tiles have to be used with
PGE and i don't want that. I'd prefer if i didn't have to use PGE. Otherwise great pack.
You wouldn't even be able to use them at all if he didn't put them in like this since there's only so many spots. It's either Having to use another editor/editing it in or no having them at all.Frozen Boo wrote:So you're telling me i either have to use an external editor (PGE) or have to go in and manually edit the god damn tiles? Well i'm saying that's f***ing dumb. If the tiles used a couple of other spots. There wouldn't be any need for changing their size.
Graphics shouldn't be annoying to use.
You can't blame Sednaiur for this though. There's just a limit for how many tiles yo can replace, and these extra tiles couldnt even exist. If you dislike their implementation, fine, bu don't complain then.Frozen Boo wrote:Then i'd rather not use them at all until they're updated to work differently. Or if they aren't, fine i just won't use them. I don't want to be annoyed while trying to make a level.
