I'm a native German speaker, though I hardly use the language anymore and actually prefer English. I started teaching myself English at a young age and I'd say it's fairly natural for me now; my boyfriend is American, so I'd better be able to communicate at native speaker level. On a related note, Nintendo game translations can be pretty awful in German.
I have some degree of proficiency in a lot of other languages, including Dutch, Spanish, Latin and Japanese with basic knowledge of Mandarin Chinese, Esperanto and assorted other things including Grey Elven and at least some attempts at Inuktitut and a few obscure minority languages, though I haven't been actively using them in a while so I'm unfortunately rusty. (Good golly, what a sentence.) I would like to properly learn Welsh some day; I have only looked into the basics.

Learning German
Failed spainish for learning German
Tried to learn Italian, Greek, French, Japanese,, Braile, Sign Lanuage, and Al Bhed!
Just saying you wrote Spanish wrong.. Also did you choose to fail spanish just to learn german?
Thanks fr correcting the typo! I did not choise to fail Spanish, I did because I was Caught up on my studies for German! I mostly know numbers and greetings! My way of learning a language is actualy to mix it with English with my sentences and use the foreign word a a synonym! Not to many people like it, but I have no other way...

I wouldn't exactly say that my native language is English since my family history originated in Japan...? But I would rather say my native language is Japanese because a few of my first words were in Japanese, but then I learned English.

To answer the question: nope, English is not my native language. I know my native language pretty well and I know English better than some Americans/Britains. So, yeah.

"It is noticed" is not wrong but it sounds a bit strange, I'd rather say "Surely you've already noticed" or something ^^

Second native, though I often make mistakes and made me feel ashame of myself. And.. my first native language is Malay, due to me being silence a lot and always speak in English at home (and probably anywhere I go), I won't speak in Malay.
